The first exhibition about nature reserves and biodiversity in Palestine
The idea of the exhibition came after several years of work in the nature reserves where more than 4,000 people participated in hiking envrionmental trails in 23 nature reserves, funded by Hanns Seidel Foundation and supported by Environmental Quality Authority.
The exhibition, which was held in nativity church Square in Bethlehem and in the Independence Park in Ramallah. The exhibition included 200 picture, divided into 5 corners including plants, animals, nature reserves, eco-tourism and birds.
The exhibition was part of promoting environmental awareness in preserving Palestinian biodiversity, due to the importance of this element in achieving ecological balance.
The exhibition was implemented after a period of governmental decisions of lockdown due to the Covid 19 pandemic. It was a space for the local community to enjoy and learn about the importance of conserving the environment.
