Installation of Guiding Signs in Nature Reserves

With the support of the European Union, and in cooperation with the Palestinian Environmental Quality Authority, we completed installing special information signs in the Palestinian nature reserves. These provide details about the hiking trails, and material about fauna and flora in the reserve for the visitors.

The installation of the signs took place in seven nature reserves that we are working with: Wadi 'Ein ez Zarqa el 'Elwi Nature Reserve near Deir Ghassaneh village, Wadi Jannata Nature Reserve near Beitillu village, Jabal Tammun Reserve near Tammun village, Al Mikser Nature Reserve near Siris village, Shubash Nature Reserve near Raba village, Al Jabal  Al Kabir Reserve near Azmut village and Wadi Al-Quff Reserve in Hebron.

We anticipate that the signs will be informative for all visitors, and especially for school children and students. We also hope that the visitors enjoy their visits, and that they comply with the guidelines of the nature reserves for their personal safety.
